Flagship Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Lead Cost Consultant to join our dynamic team in London.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Lead Cost Consultant will take charge of significant projects from conception through to completion. This role offers the chance to engage deeply with clients and oversee projects valued between £1 million and £500 million.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and deliver projects, ensuring they meet quality and budgetary standards.
  • Develop strong client relationships and represent the company at industry events.
  • Lead project teams and mentor junior staff to foster professional growth.
  • Engage in business development activities to expand our client base.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying and full RICS membership.
  • Experience in the consultancy sector, particularly on the PQS side.
  • Proven track record in managing projects up to £20 million.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
