Role Overview

We are in search of a Clinical Team Leader to oversee our dedicated Clinical Team at our educational facility in North Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead. This role involves both leading the clinical team and managing a therapy caseload.

The Clinical Team Leader will be responsible for supervising the onsite clinical staff and ensuring the delivery of tailored assessment and intervention strategies for students with diverse needs, including autism, developmental trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

In this position, you will manage a therapy caseload with the support of our experienced clinical network and expanding team. You will also play a key role in staff training and consultation. This dynamic and rewarding role is ideal for a resilient and enthusiastic professional with a therapeutic mindset, capable of making informed decisions and managing their workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the clinical team while maintaining a therapy caseload.
  • Coordinate line management for onsite clinical staff.
  • Develop and implement bespoke assessment and intervention plans.
  • Support the integration of clinical services into daily operations.
  • Deliver the wellbeing and clinical strategy at various levels to meet student needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
  • Current professional registration and membership of a relevant professional body.
  • Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
  • Strong report writing skills related to clinical and research activities.
  • Experience in providing supervision and support to a therapy team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
