About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join our team as a Service Director at Community Integrated Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading an engaged and motivated team to deliver person-centred outcomes for every person we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an engaged and motivated team to drive performance, set the pace and direction within services, and promote a positive and passionate culture.
  • Take overall responsibility for clinical risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory, professional standards, and legislation associated with social care.
  • Drive digital engagement by leading and supporting teams to engage with our charity's innovative systems and communications platforms.
  • Own and deliver the cascade of organisational communications to ensure important messages and changes are embedded successfully.
  • Lead by example in the development of complex care service models, working with the complex care team and other specialists to ensure the service meets the needs of those supported.
  • Manage resources creatively and appropriately to ensure efficient service delivery in line with contractual requirements and operational budgets.
  • Lead effectively by delivering against workforce KPIs, including sickness absence, training, induction, recruitment, and retention compliance figures.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and contribute to the management of potential risks to ensure the best interests of the people we support are always maintained.
  • Take overall responsibility for operational performance, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements to ensure the quality and compliance of all activities and actions.
  • Design and regularly review service action, KPIs, and delivery plans in line with Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Work towards team goals and strategic aims by implementing new approaches, processes, and projects to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the design, management, and updating of care planning, engaging with multi-disciplinary teams to promote independence, choice, dignity, and privacy.
