They are currently seeking to enhance their service team in Hartlepool by bringing on board a skilled Automotive Service Specialist.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual capable of working autonomously while collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced service environment. The company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service, and as such, they are looking for someone who is committed to maintaining these standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and addressing mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles.
- Performing repairs and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Providing thorough and accurate reports on vehicle conditions, including work completed and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
