About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planner to join our Construction team at London Gatwick. As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage robust delivery schedules with clear targets and understanding of all activities and interfaces that support the successful completion of the projects.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including contractors and project managers, engineers and subcontractors regarding the status of projects.
  • Offer technical advice and support to team members about best practices and utilisation of the schedule to support the project objectives.
  • Perform schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities and involvement in risk management and mitigation measures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as Senior Planner on projects with a value typically above £20m.
  • Possession of a relevant qualification or recent demonstrable analytical experience in a STEM/construction related industry.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and with Primavera software (P6) MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience of working in a live environment is desirable, although airport experience is not essential.
