The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to consultants, preparing comprehensive reports, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support consultants in preparing for client meetings, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prepare compliant, technical suitability reports and 'Financial Life Plan' reports detailing consultants' recommendations for clients.
  • Conduct client annual reviews, analyzing data and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Carry out technical research and analyze data collected on behalf of clients, identifying opportunities for investment and tax savings.
  • Liaise with clients post-meetings, answering technical queries and providing ongoing support.
  • Proactively identify investment and tax saving opportunities for clients, working closely with consultants to implement recommendations.
  • Evaluate investment portfolios with consultants, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Liaise and work closely with the Service Team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Status or working towards
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Paraplanner role
  • Strong knowledge of IT and back-office systems
