Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Tech 4 Good. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure, including M365 administration, endpoint management, and network administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain M365 services, including user accounts, groups, and permissions
  • Manage endpoint devices, including Windows and Macbook devices, and ensure they are secure and up-to-date
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Collaborate with the Security Operations Center team to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT systems administration, including M365 administration and endpoint management
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
