About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sys Admin to join our dynamic Cloud Hosting team. As a key player in our Government Software division, you will provide high-quality cloud hosting solutions, ensuring service continuity and contributing to excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Application Expertise: Provide expert guidance on deploying and troubleshooting cloud-hosted applications.
  • Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with project teams to onboard new customers effectively.
  • Build Compliance: Maintain system build standards.
  • Incident Resolution: Lead incident management and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Database Administration: Administer and troubleshoot databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Service Desk Collaboration: Work with the service desk to support applications on hosted platforms.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with the latest technologies through professional development.
  • Security Adherence: Follow our security protocols and policies.
