Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Stellantis &You UK Limited. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all leads to achieve renewal rates in line with the dealership's KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organise the day-to-day management of new and used car stock through monitoring and controlling vehicle displays, including all POS materials.
  • Progress our stock vehicles through their workshop preparation and valeting, ensuring they are ready for display and our customers.
  • Own all finance documents through the customer's journey to the handover of the vehicle.
  • Support and manage sales staff in the company sales process and policies.
