Job Title: Customer Experience Technical Support Advisor

Volution Group Plc is a market leader in residential and commercial ventilation systems; we are hiring for a Manrose Customer Service Advisor to be based at our offices in Reading, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.

About the Role

This is a permanent role working Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm. In your role as a Manrose Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and external sales teams, predominantly supporting them with new or existing orders (ducting, fans etc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to our wide customer base by means of telephone and email.
  • Be the conduit between our external sales team and their regional customers to provide first class sales and service support.
  • Engage in modular training courses to further develop your skillset and added value to the team.
  • Be passionate about customer service and technical sales support.
Requirements
  • Previous call centre or office based customer service experience would be preferred.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn detailed technical information about our products.
  • Proficient using IT software; MS Office; Excel, Word, internal software systems.
  • Technical/engineering degree would be desirable, but not essential.
