Job Description

**Reporting to the People Operations Compliance Manager**

The ESG Sustainability Officer will provide support with administration, research, and presentations to Senior Directors and the wider business, new process rollouts, and coordination support, alongside ESG and Compliance Project Management from start through to completion. There will be a particular focus on the Carbon Footprinting Project and social best practices and compliance initiatives across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive the collection, organization, and analysis of ESG data to meet global ESG reporting and communication needs.
  • Analyze results and develop action plans to ensure CMS Distribution has a best-in-class ESG program.
  • Develop corporate communications strategies and materials in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team for the communication of ESG initiatives to all internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor and track progress against ESG goals and metrics.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal format.
  • Minimum of 2 years' office administrator experience from an ESG background.
  • Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence, task-driven approach, time management, attention to detail, creative thinking, strong research skills, and a strong understanding of each component of ESG.
