About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Operative to join our team at Selfridges. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that stock is accurately accounted for and processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization and prioritization of deliveries to ensure timely receipt and processing
  • Collaborate with B&M on RTW/RTVs, supporting the sales team in collecting stock and preparing items for dispatch
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements to ensure accountability
  • Ensure the loading dock and back-of-house areas are kept clear and organized
  • Manage the movement of stock between locations
  • Support in peak periods with the operation of forklifts and other machinery
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure awareness of incoming deliveries and any issues
  • Distribute deliveries to designated areas

  • You are well-organized, able to prioritize tasks, and understand the importance of your role in our service proposition
  • You are a great communicator, able to keep stakeholders informed on workflow and timescales
