Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive construction/tender programs, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
  • Integrate project schedules with 3D models using 4D software for a visual representation of construction sequences.
  • Collaborate with the project team to gather information and updates on project timelines.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to optimize project efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Utilize scheduling software to create detailed Gantt charts, timelines, and reports.
  • Implement and manage changes to project schedules as needed.

Requirements:

  • Operational experience with significant previous planning experience in the construction and steel industry.
  • Master programming skills, covering design, procurement, pre-commencement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project planning processes and the project life cycle.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes for a broad range of construction contracts, including design and build.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Projects or similar versions.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software.
