Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial assessments to determine sustainable repayment plans for customers.
  • Manage control arrears cases to bring customer agreements up to date.
  • Accurately record communications with customers in line with company procedures.
  • Work closely with customers to achieve the best possible outcomes.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A strong work ethic and an ambitious attitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Arrangements

  • 35 hours per week on a shift rotation.
  • 1 in 5 Saturdays required, with paid time in lieu for weekend shifts.
  • Hybrid working arrangement after successful completion of probation period.
