Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke and neurodegenerative diseases.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
- Current registration with the Health Professions Council (HPC) as an Occupational Therapist.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with patients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke and neurodegenerative diseases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
