We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care and supporting individuals to achieve their goals and independence.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery, independence, and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care, adhering to professional and Trust standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care outcomes.

Requirements- Current registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.

- Ability to work at weekends and flexible hours, as required.
