About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ER Advisor to join our client's team in Mansfield. As an ER Advisor, you will provide expert advice on employee relations issues, including sickness absence, discipline, grievance, capability/performance management, and redundancy consultation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a proactive and customer-focused HR service to support all aspects of an employee's relationship and engagement with the company.
  • Assist employees on general HR matters and provide advice and coaching to line managers as necessary.
  • Manage an allocated employee relations case load.
  • Support HR Best Practice in line with business objectives.
  • Work with the Management team to drive performance on key people metrics.
Requirements
  • Either worked in a DC or corporate environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling multiple ER cases at any one time.
  • CIPD Qualified (preferable).
