ABOUT YOU

To qualify for this role, you should possess a degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related field, and hold membership in a relevant professional institution.

Experience in leading projects within an urban drainage context is essential.

Successful candidates will exhibit technical expertise across a variety of urban drainage modelling tasks and have comprehensive knowledge of InfoWorks ICM.


Your responsibilities will include providing guidance, training, and fostering staff development within the discipline. You will also assist in bid preparation and cost estimation within our project frameworks.

This role entails participating in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of urban drainage projects, ensuring delivery excellence, technical governance, and adherence to best practices.

Strong communication skills are vital, as you will be involved in report writing, developing and delivering presentations, and building industry connections.

The ideal candidate will have experience in staff management and development, demonstrating the ability to integrate seamlessly into a team while providing technical leadership to fellow modelling professionals with a strong client service orientation.
