Transport Service Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
    • Organize and manage daily schedules for drivers and routes.
    • Communicate with schools and parents to confirm pick-up and drop-off times.
    • Adjust schedules as needed in response to changes or emergencies.
  • Compliance Management:
    • Ensure all drivers have up-to-date certifications and background checks.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and inspections.
    • Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
