Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cargo Operations Coordinator to join our team at Chapman Freeborn Airchartering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our UK Cargo Team, promoting a professional image of our company, and ensuring the smooth execution of charter flights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the UK Cargo Team, including recording new enquiries, tracking progress, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Interact with key accounts and suppliers to support the day-to-day operation of charter flights.
  • Ensure all contracting agreements are accurate and legally compliant.
  • Register quotes, update submissions status/results, and support brokers for current/live flights.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for the team as needed.
  • Support the team with planning and management of trade shows.
  • Record all pertinent client and supplier project information on our CRM system in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all client and supplier data is kept up to date and managed in a discreet and legally compliant manner.
  • Produce project reports (summaries, P+L) on specific flight missions as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a similar role.
