Key Responsibilities- Pick and Pack Online Orders: Process online customer orders to a high standard using a handheld device, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare Online Orders for Collection or Delivery: Prepare online customer orders for collection from store or home delivery, ensuring that orders are accurately packed and ready for dispatch.
- Stock Management and Support: Obtain the relevant information and locate the required stock from the stockroom and sales floor to pack and dispatch online orders, while also supporting the store's daily operational activities, including stocking shelves and general housekeeping.
- Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Work collaboratively as part of a team to solve any issues and meet daily targets, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Full Training Provided: We provide full training for this role, but you will need to have the following essential skills or experience:
