Educational Trips and Visits Co-ordinator Job Summary

Educational Trips and Visits Co-ordinator, Term Time Only, Monday - Friday, 37.5 Hours Per Week

Emmanuel College is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to provide oversight of the Educational Visits process and Duke of Edinburgh programme within and across both of our Gateshead schools - Emmanuel College and Grace College. This is a key post within the schools, requiring a highly efficient and responsible approach. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in a specialized area.

We are looking for a team member who:
  • is highly organized and able to keep accurate records;
  • is able to manage their own workload;
  • is competent in using Microsoft applications;
  • is able to work within set policies and guidelines.
We have high expectations for our students as they grow and develop, and all our staff provide important role models to them in terms of positive attitude, work ethic, and diligence.
