  • Exhibit flexibility in responding to the evolving needs of the business and clientele.
  • Comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the organization.
  • Ensure that all team members are informed of and adhere to these requirements.
  • Be prepared to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary.
  • Occasionally adjust work hours to accommodate business needs.
Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 in relevant culinary disciplines.
  • Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
  • Experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • General culinary knowledge.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability to meet the demands of the business and clients.
