This role will provide a unique opportunity to work with a Multi-Academy Trust, supporting school leadership teams to deliver a well-run organisation that focuses on improving educational attainment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a comprehensive HR service to schools, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent development
  • Line manage in-school HR Officers, ensuring effective HR systems and procedures are in place
  • Act as a guardian of Trust HR policies, ensuring compliance and best practice
  • Support and coach leaders to effectively manage employee relations issues, including trade union meetings
  • Implement effective HR systems and procedures, ensuring seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Full CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
  • Sound knowledge of current HR legislation, including employment law and regulations
  • Experience of providing complex employee relations advice and guidance to senior leaders, gained in an educational or public sector setting
  • Experience of managing a significant caseload of HR cases, achieving successful outcomes
  • Organisational change management experience, including TUPE
