As a Front of House Team Member at our Surbiton FWC, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring our reception and café areas run smoothly, and providing top-notch service to our customers. You'll need to be flexible, motivated, and have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth operation of our reception and café areas

  • Help create a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors

  • Provide a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful manner

  • Support the café team in preparing and serving fresh, healthy food and drinks
