Work Schedule

This position requires daytime shifts, available from Monday through Sunday.

Compensation

This is a full-time role, offering an annual salary of up to £38,115, contingent on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Nurse Specialist, your duties will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to provide a nurse-led service aimed at minimizing hospital admissions.
  • Conducting medication rounds, managing controlled substances, responding to emergencies, assessing patients, and performing initial screenings.
  • Utilizing your expertise to lead nursing clinics for your patient demographic, supported by a collaborative team.

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (Adult)
  • Current professional registration (NMC)
  • Familiarity with the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency collaboration
