About the Role
The Nursing Home offers general nursing care, specialist dementia care, and care for adults living with complex physical and mental health conditions. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with residents and patients to provide compassionate and holistic care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Support and communicate effectively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adhere to clinical and company policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
Requirements
- Valid UK NMC registration, with a nursing qualification
- Experience in a similar environment (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
