The Children's Trust is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Shop Manager to support the promotion of sustainable shopping and retail strategy. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of our shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the retail strategy to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the retail team to promote sustainable shopping practices and reduce waste.
