Job Summary

We're seeking a Graduate Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing and placing top talent into mid-to-senior level positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our client-facing consultants by identifying and sourcing exceptional candidates.
  • Utilize our internal CRM, job boards, email, cold calling, and social media to find the best talent.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve recruitment goals.
Requirements
  • Previous recruitment or sourcing experience is a plus, but we're open to enthusiastic juniors or graduates who want to start their careers in recruitment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with conversational ability in English.
  • A competitive base salary, commission paid monthly, and additional bonuses.
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid pattern of 2 days per week from home.
  • 25 days holiday per year, regular company events, and health insurance.
