Job Title: Talent & Culture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent & Culture Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and developing our talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our company culture and improve employee engagement
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with our senior leadership team to drive people-related initiatives and improve our overall HR function
  • Champion learning and development opportunities to support the growth and development of our employees
About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced HR professional with a passion for talent development and culture creation. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced agency environment and be able to think creatively to solve complex problems.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with our employees, senior leadership team, and clients.
