We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior VP of Operations to lead and coordinate all Operations site-based activities, including Manufacturing, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Health Safety & Environment (HSE), Security, and Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the site Operations Team positively and provide a high-quality professional service to the business.
- Ensure Quality, Health Safety & Environment (HSE) and Security governance and compliance aspects are managed across the site.
- Manage and optimise inventory in accordance with lean manufacturing principles and business targets.
- Collaborate with the UK Operations Leadership Team to define the long-term vision for working in Operations UK and translate that into tangible improvement actions.
- Ensure the Operations areas and functions are organised effectively to deliver the business.

- Demonstrated performance in a similar role.
- Product/project-based operational manufacturing experience.
- Experience in businesses that are manufacturing complex electro/mechanical products.
- Understanding and awareness of the requirements of Quality & HSE in a complex regulatory environment and business.
