Key Responsibilities:

  • Activation of Financial Agreements: You will be responsible for activating finance agreements onto our in-house system, ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Paperwork Verification: You will verify that all paperwork has been checked and double-checked for any possible mistakes or missing data, and ensure that everything is signed and filled out correctly.
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements: You will work methodically and at pace to meet our service level agreements, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaising with Internal Departments: You will liaise with multiple internal departments to ensure that all areas of the finance deal are correct before activating the agreement.
  • Authorizing Supplier Invoices: You will authorize supplier invoices for payment, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Cancelling and Rescheduling Agreements: You will cancel and reschedule existing customer agreements as needed.
  • Bank Detail Verification: You will verify that both customer and supplier bank details are correct before activating any agreements.
  • Uploading Files: You will upload files onto the customer portal, ensuring that all necessary documents are accessible.
  • Setting Up Payment Plans: You will set up customer payment plans, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handling Incoming Calls: You will handle incoming calls from suppliers and customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Responding to Emails: You will respond to both customer and supplier emails, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Executing Completed Agreements: You will execute completed customer agreements, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken.
  • Activating Final Payouts: You will activate and authorize final payouts, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: You will need to have some administration experience, preferably in a business operations or administrative support role.
  • Microsoft Packages: You will need to be proficient in using Microsoft packages Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: You will need to have a strong eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.

Benefits:

  • Salary: Circa £23,000-£26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
