About the Role

Scope is a pioneering disability equality charity in England and Wales, working tirelessly to create a society where all disabled people enjoy equality and fairness. As a Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser, you will be part of the Public Fundraising team, responsible for managing a portfolio of Individual Giving campaigns to generate funds, improve engagement, and increase lifetime value of existing supporters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project lead on retention campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and provide data-driven insights to inform supporter journeys.
  • Work with the Supporter Retention Lead to deliver campaigns against agreed budgets.
About You

We are looking for an excellent fundraiser with vast experience managing large-scale retention campaigns, including direct mail, tele-fundraising, and digital. You will have a passion for raising funds to enable Scope to continue its work and a willingness to test new campaigns. You will also appreciate Scope's values of pioneering, courageous, connected, open, and fair.
