About the Role:
Ashby Jenkins Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Individual Giving Manager to join our client, a renowned children's hospice, in a key role that will drive sustainable income from individual supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individual giving and legacy programmes to achieve fundraising targets
- Lead individual giving or appeals fundraising campaigns, including developing marketing and stewardship plans
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and targets, ensuring effective financial planning and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community groups
Requirements:
- Proven experience in individual giving or fundraising, with a track record of success in leading campaigns and managing budgets
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
