Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Operations Analyst to join our team in High Wycombe. As a key member of our Operations Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe execution of our clients' transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor client balances and credit conditions to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Manage daily incoming and outgoing payments, adhering to strict cut-off times.
  • Reconcile inbound and outbound payments to prevent discrepancies.
  • Investigate payment and banking queries, liaising with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Cover foreign exchange positions to minimize risk.
  • Deliver exotic currency payments to meet client needs.
  • Manage internal balances, executing daily cash sweeps to maintain liquidity.
  • Investigate unallocated and non-received funds to prevent financial losses.
  • Support internal teams in resolving client account discrepancies.
  • Communicate task status to colleagues, supervisors, and managers, escalating problems as needed.
  • Adhere to internal policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to maintain and improve business growth.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of processes to ensure consistent competency and meet KPIs.
  • Manage caseload throughout the end-to-end process in a timely manner.
  • Monitor personal performance to ensure targets and standards are met.
  • Effectively find data and build MI reports from internal and external sources.
  • Work flexibly in a high-performing team to achieve team goals and personal deliverables.
  • Share knowledge and experience constructively as a team player.

  • Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a target-driven operational environment.
  • Ability to manage performance and targets in a fast-paced, pressured environment.

Location

Our office is located in High Wycombe, with excellent links to London, Birmingham, and Aylesbury. The office is easily accessible by car or public transportation, making it an ideal location for those living in the surrounding areas.
