Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Trax Consultant to join our team at Insight International (UK) Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of treasury and corporate finance, along with the ability to engage effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive business and functional analysis using established methods and tools.
  • Utilize modeling and diagramming techniques to present findings and solutions.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of treasury management systems, including Payment Hub or equivalent solutions.
  • Manage cash flow and implement effective cash management strategies.
  • Oversee treasury management processes, including advanced topics such as Payment Factory and In-House Banking.
  • Facilitate banking connectivity through protocols like SWIFT and EBICS.
  • Work with various message formats, including ISO20022 and SWIFT MTs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years (7 years for senior roles) of experience in client-facing positions, focusing on delivering value to clients.
  • At least 3 years (7 years for senior roles) of experience in implementing and supporting software solutions, including needs analysis and solution design.
  • 2 years (5 years for senior roles) of consulting experience, advising medium to large enterprises on software investment strategies.
  • Ability to work independently or lead a small team of consultants on projects.
  • Experience collaborating with software product management and delivery teams, both onshore and offshore.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proven ability to build relationships in a matrix organization across teams and locations.
  • Experience in treasury, accounts payable, cash management, or corporate banking within a medium to large corporation or service provider.
