At Wincanton, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Scotland Gateway facility. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate picking and loading of stock.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking stock accurately and efficiently using handheld devices
  • Loading items onto pallets
  • Checking picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch
  • Ensuring quality is of the highest standards and all stock is handled with care
  • Ensuring areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Working in a team environment in a safe manner adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work

We are looking for individuals with a great attitude and positive behaviors, who are reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player. If you have previous warehouse experience, that's great, but we can teach you everything else.

As a Warehouse Operative at Wincanton, you will have access to extensive training opportunities, including funded accredited courses. You will also be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and development.
