Role Summary:
We are looking for a committed Quality Assurance Lead to join our team and uphold the utmost standards of quality and compliance in aseptic manufacturing operations. In this capacity, you will:
- Direct and manage a small, agile team of QA specialists.
- Ensure adherence to all pertinent regulations and guidelines.
- Oversee quality assurance initiatives from inception to completion.
- Establish and maintain quality management systems.
- Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with aseptic processing standards.
- Provide mentorship and training to your team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide a small team of QA specialists, fostering a collaborative and proactive atmosphere.

- Compliance Assurance: Guarantee that all operations meet regulatory standards and GMP guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years in QA roles within the sterile/aseptic pharmaceutical sector.

- Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of GMP, aseptic processing, and regulatory requirements.
