About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TSA Business Partner to join our team at Informa Global Support. As a key member of our Global Business Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Design and implement TSA service delivery strategies to meet operational and service delivery requirements.
  • Manage and deliver monthly finance reporting, including creating dashboards and reporting on key metrics.
  • Implement and manage TSA governance, issue resolution, performance tracking, and change control processes.
  • Manage the relationship between GBS and the buyer's finance team as prime contact.
  • Coordinate the planning of final separation, knowledge transfer to the buyer's staff, and close down of support activities within GBS.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in managing GBS Service Delivery, TSA contracts, and schedules.
  • Ability to manage service delivery against a specific budget and meet client satisfaction requirements.
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to pre-empt issues before being escalated.
  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent related qualifications in finance.
