We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Analytics Manager to join our team at Landytech. As a key member of our Implementation and Professional Services Teams, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' portfolios, data, and analytical needs.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clients to understand their use cases and design reporting solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the Implementation Teams to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions.
- Consult with clients to draw conclusions from their feedback and recommend best practices for reporting.
- Assess the feasibility and cost of client reporting requirements and develop Professional Services documents that clearly define the scope of work.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the investment domain and our products, applying this expertise to advise and train clients.
- Have a keen eye for quality, detail, and design, and be able to visualize and communicate complex investment and data concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with new functionalities and apply them to enhance our products and services.
- Participate in establishing and improving best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature the capabilities of the organization.
- 3+ years of client solutions experience in Financial Services or Fintech, with a focus on reporting, business intelligence, or data visualization.
- Experience as a line manager or a strong desire to take on this challenge as the next step in your career.
- Working understanding of portfolio management and investment strategies, as well as knowledge of the main types of financial instruments.
- Proven track record of managing or contributing to multiple complex projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong skills in using tools such as Excel and SQL to extract, manipulate, and summarize data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding client and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English, with any other European language a plus.
