We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious First Line Manager to join our team as a Shift Manager at TuPack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating order fulfillment processes to ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate order fulfillment processes to ensure that all KPIs and quality standards are met.
- Coach, counsel, and mentor Team Leaders/team members to improve their performance.
- Carry out daily checks in relation to Safety, Quality, and 6S to ensure that standards are met within the operation.
- Ensure all colleagues adhere to Company Policies, including but not limited to Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, etc.
- Support the Operations Manager during absence management, performance development, disciplinary procedure, Accident Reporting, Site security, Quality, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is desirable.
- You should possess a basic secondary education and be proficient in both Maths and English.
- Some understanding of Microsoft or Google Office applications is desirable.
Working Conditions:
