Role: Community Services Manager – CHC / Hospitals Adult Social Care

About the RoleAs a Community Services Manager, you will be an integral part of a dynamic and progressive Local Authority, contributing to the Community team. You will report directly to the Head of Service and oversee a team of approximately four direct reports, ensuring that the service meets established performance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the community team effectively.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Service (Hospitals).
- Facilitate a hybrid working environment, ensuring team collaboration and productivity.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A significant background in managing teams within acute or community hospital settings.
- Strong leadership qualities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
