Carcary Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Roofing Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the delivery of forecasted financial returns on Roofing projects.
  • Review contract programmes with Design and Project Manager to ensure alignment with tender offers.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts in line with programme charts, identifying application dates, certification dates, and payment dates.
  • Identify and raise concerns with the project team to manage tender-related issues.
  • Review draft programmes to identify subcontract resources and advise on cost implications.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Design Manager to review variations and commented drawings, ensuring the main contractor is informed of cost and programme implications.
Requirements:
  • Surveying knowledge and strong background in Roofing.
  • Highly motivated and good communicator with strong time management and time keeping skills.
  • Able to prioritize workload and deal with busy deadlines, with astute attention to detail.
  • Desirable qualifications include a Quantity Surveying Degree and good GCSE grades, particularly in Maths.
