About the Role:

DK Recruitment is seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager to join their team in the South West region. As a Roofing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing every project from start to finish, ensuring that each job is completed on time and within budget to the company's exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage roofing projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise and coordinate site activities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Several years' experience of site management (ideally roofing projects)
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the contracting process including construction and contract law
- MS Office skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Great people management skills, able to delegate, give feedback and handle challenging situations
