Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Intune Migration Specialist to join our IT team at N Consulting Ltd. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and executing migration projects from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of migrating from AirWatch MDM to Microsoft Intune.
  • Configure and manage Apple devices using Apple Business Manager, ensuring seamless deployment and management within Intune.
  • Implement and manage iCloud backup solutions for corporate Apple iOS devices, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts, groups, and permissions as part of the MDM solution.
  • Enroll Managed Apple ID into Mobile Message Archiving solution and setup text message forwarding.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users during and after the migration process.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to MDM policies, procedures, and the configuration settings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in MDM technologies, especially related to Intune and Apple iOS.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in mobile device management, including direct experience with AirWatch and Microsoft Intune migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple iOS, including iCloud backup strategies and Apple Business Manager.
  • Experience with Active Directory and its integration with MDM solutions.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM configurations and migrations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Strong communication and training skills, capable of effectively engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Intune and/or other MDM platforms.
