About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Expert to join our team at Mphasis. As an ERP Principal Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing data migration solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data migration strategies and solutions using Microsoft Business Intelligence tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Azure Data Factory.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data migration solutions that meet those needs.
  • Implement logging, checkpoint configuration, and performance tuning to ensure data migration processes are efficient and reliable.
  • Work extensively on ETL processes using SSIS packages and Azure Data Factory.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, and ETL development using Microsoft Business Intelligence tools.
  • Expertise in creating visualizations and reports using Power BI.
  • Experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, and Java.
