Quality Assurance Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support our production departments and customers in ensuring the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage customer returns and quality clinics in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.

* Liaise with customers regarding returns, non-conformances, and root cause corrective action.

* Support internal and external auditing activities, maintaining the quality management system.

* Initiate, manage, and document corrective actions to ensure preventative action is effective.

* Communicate internal and external non-conformities.

* Ensure correct practice, legalities, and responsibilities in respect of the quality system, health and safety system, and environmental system are maintained.

* Adhere to the QMS of the business and maintain compliance to all customer quality requirements and AS9100.

**Requirements:**

* Similar quality experience within a manufacturing workshop environment.

* Ideally, experience working within the aerospace industry.
