About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead our Aviation and Retail industry practice. As the Head of Retail Transformation, you will play a key role in helping us deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients in the Aviation and Retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive industry strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Aviation and Retail sectors.
- Lead a team of industry experts to deliver innovative solutions to clients, leveraging our expertise in technology and business consulting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including hyperscale cloud partners.
- Develop and implement a robust industry plan to generate new and sustained repeat business, both externally and internally.
- Nurture senior-level relationships on strategic accounts while coordinating with the broader BJSS team in terms of key account management for these clients.
- Help develop a range of IP and best practices around client and portfolio development to build the client base into a significant strategic asset.
- Approach clients as true business partners versus software delivery partners, expanding the company's value chain to realise its full potential.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the Aviation and Retail industries, gained through a combination of industry and consulting roles.
- Strong industry knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business and sales development, account management and thought leadership/marketing.
- Ability to lead existing and new clients through the entire sales cycle.
- A significant and well-developed network across the Aviation and ideally consumer-facing businesses.
- Driven by values and integrity, talking straight, building confidence and leading by example.
- UK commercial experience is required for this role.
