About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead our Aviation and Retail industry practice. As the Head of Retail Transformation, you will play a key role in helping us deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients in the Aviation and Retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive industry strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Aviation and Retail sectors.
  • Lead a team of experts to deliver innovative solutions to clients, leveraging our expertise in technology and business consulting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business value and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver industry-specific solutions, including strategy, sales, and marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Aviation and Retail industries, with a strong understanding of the business and technical challenges facing organizations in these sectors.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of experts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail and consumer markets.
