Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team at Philosophy Education. The successful candidate will work closely with our inclusion manager and wider support teams to provide individualized support to a pupil with Downs Syndrome in a 1:1 setting.

The Role:
  • Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with Downs Syndrome in a primary school setting
  • Work closely with the class teacher and inclusion manager to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Collaborate with wider support teams to ensure seamless support for the pupil
  • Attend support review meetings and provide regular feedback to parents
